How We Determine Charges

We charge based on the number of users on your account and that is always prorated to reflect when the user was added or removed.

For example, if you sign up on the 16th of the month on a month with 30 days in it, you will be charged for the remaining 15 days of the month on signup. If you were to cancel after 7 days, you would be refunded the remaining 8 days of the month.
