Cancelling Your Account
If you are dissatisfied with our service for any reason, you can cancel your account for an immediate prorated refund for the remaining time on the current billing cycle.
To cancel, visit the Administration > Billing section and click the “Cancel Account” button.
In the event your account is already inactive (indicated by the text “Inactive” under Account Status), you have no further steps to take, your refund has been issued and you will not be billed on the subsequent cycle.
