Can I Share An Account?


We realize many businesses may have multiple staff members but only need one shared account. We welcome our users to use the product in a way that makes the most sense for their business and that includes the freedom to share an account.

However, we do have restrictions in place as to how many users can share an account at the same time. If someone were to login from one location and start work while someone else is already logged in using that same account, the user originally logged in will be forcibly logged out.

The reason for this is how we handle our resources. The thing that costs us money is the strain on the servers and that’s why we charge on a per-user basis.
